Draft for legal review (version 2026-10-03-draft).
Risks
Read this before you trade, launch, or claim.
You can lose everything you put in
Pump.fun coins are highly speculative. Most lose nearly all their value. Prices on the bonding curve and on PumpSwap can move sharply within seconds, including between your quote and your transaction landing.
Rebates are small, variable and not guaranteed
A coin's rebate pool is a share of its creator fees, which depend entirely on trading in that coin. Pools on small coins are small. The share you get depends on what other holders do. A streak can end, and the rebate with it, if you miss a single window.
Smart contracts and infrastructure
Trades and fee sharing run on Pump.fun's programs, which GetLit doesn't control. Bugs, outages or changes in those programs, in Solana, or in GetLit's own software could delay or prevent rebates, or cause losses.
Server-held vaults
Until rebates move to an on-chain distributor, each coin's rebate pool sits in a vault whose key GetLit holds, protected by spending limits, a kill switch and caps. A compromise of those keys could lose the funds in the vaults.
Scoring can be wrong
Streaks are computed off-chain from public data. The scorer is open source and every day's inputs and results are published, but mistakes, missed data, or wallets wrongly linked as one person are possible. Raise any you find; payouts already made can't be reversed.
Rules, availability and law
Rules can change at season boundaries. Rebates may be paused or unavailable in some places, and the law around this kind of service is unsettled and may change.
